iOS notifications

I have selected to have notifications on my iPhone but still am not getting notifications. How do I get them on?

This is the message I receive - how does the administrator change this setting?

They can go to System Console > Environment > Push Notification Server > Enable Push Notifications to enable it.

yes thank you. It is working now
