Our users are experiencing latency issues with some of the high traffic channels. Based on users update, they observe at least 5 seconds of latency when they post a message to high traffic channels.
Existing metrics show latency at app level but not at the channel level. How do we troubleshoot this?
There is nothing in MM app logs.
What version of Mattermost are you using? Team edition or enterprise edition?
