Here I have attached the screenshot.
The mattermost doesnt have ip:port.
For the rest dependencies there is 0.0.0.0:port available and all are up.
But the server mattermost-server doesnt have any IP:PORT.
I have followed the sequence of steps provided on the Link:

can anyone help me to bring the mattermost up in windows 8 local machine ?
