Hi, I’m having trouble logging in on my Mattermost desktop app. When I open the app, it opens up the “Log in with Single Sign-On”. I click on it and get redirected to the browser. On the desktop app I get a “Redirecting to browser… | Authenticating in the browser, awaiting valid token”, and in the browser I get a " You are now logged in | Click on Open Mattermost in the browser prompt to launch the desktop app". Well, the “launch the desktop app” seems to be a button, but it does nothing when I click on it, and the desktop app is stuck in the same screen without actually logging in.
The web version of Mattermost works more or less fine (my status is permanently “Away” for some reason, even after changing it to Online it eventually changes to that value…), but the desktop app is not working. I tried both installing it through these Install the Mattermost desktop app - Mattermost documentation steps via the console and via the downloadable desktop app, but none of the methods seem to work. I’ve also tried clearing the ~/.config/Mattermost folder, restarting my pc and doing sudo apt-get purge on the app, but to no avail as I get the same problem after reinstalling it.
I’m on Ubuntu 24.10, I have the most recent Mattermost version (5.10.2, commit de876ca)
