It seems I have the same problem in here : Unable to login via Windows app (ok on web version) - #8 by agriesser
I don’t manage to connect anymore with the desktop app (I didn’t have the problem before) but I can connect through the browser
I’m on Ubuntu. I tried to delete Mattermost directory in ~/.profile but it didn’t help
