Mattermost Desktop App on Windows 10 opens settings window automatically on each logon

Summary
After updating Windows Desktop App from 4.6.2 to 4.7.1 Mattermost Desktop Settings window (the File > Settings… window) appears on each logon. In previous versions it was appearing only on first logon.

Steps to reproduce
Run Mattermost Desktop App on Windows 10

Expected behavior
First logon opens Mattermost Desktop Settings window automatically. Every other logon doesn’t open Mattermost Desktop Settings window automatically.

Observed behavior
First and every other logon opens Mattermost Desktop Settings window automatically.
