Member can't see Board contents

Troubleshooting

I created a board, added the member with Share icon, create a new post and make assignee to the member.
but when the member click Board, the member can see only ‘Welcom Board’ basic image (can’t see the board I mage and assigned)

When I click Share, I can see the member is already added as an editor of this board. but the member can’t see the contents of the board even if I add it

I use Mac app, the member use Windows app.

Hi Yohan,

can you please confirm that all caches are flushed (ctrl-shift-r) for the user not seeing the board? What client versions are involved in this setup? Are both parties (you and the other user) using the same client (desktop? web?), the same browser (if web) and the same versions (browser and/or app)?
