Steps to reproduce
I run mattermost team edition on v10.11, and setting up MFA works fine. However, enabling seems to have no effect. All my users are registered via email, so this should be fine. Also new users can just register without setting up MFA. In the admin console under MFA, i only see the option to enable it - not to enforce it.
Is it only part of the professional edition? If so, the documentation is misleading.
Expected behavior
Users are required to set up MFA after logout.
Observed behavior
Setting has no effect at all.
