MM9/10: cannot delete users

Hi all!

I run MM Server 10 on Linux-x64 and have trouble deleting a user.

I issue

root@mmhost:~# /opt/mattermost/bin/mmctl --local user delete username@domain.de --confirm

an get

The same happend when I ran MM server 9.1

Any idea what could go wrong?

As an additional note:

EnableAPIUserDeletion is set to true in config/config.json

But it seems not to impact in any way.

It does also not change if the command is run with the userid of mmuser
