We use Mattermost as our main work chat. It’s great!
But suddenly we have noticed that mobile notifications are not working on both iOS and Android. As an example, my teammate sends me a direct message, but iOS does nothing.
A few months earlier or so we updated to the latest 5.18.0 version, which is running on AWS Ubuntu instance without Docker.
My iOS app version is 1.26.1 build 256.
I would much appreciate any hints or advice which could help to resolve it and I’m ready to send any logs or additional info. Life without notifications is pain.
