It seems from this page that mobile notifications can come across containing the message someone is sending.
However, for me notifications are coming across as informational–that I got the message, but not the contents itself:
We’re migrating from another service, and getting the message in the notification is a key requirement for the team. Any idea how I can get my notifications to come across like the first pic, above?
