Omnibus not installing in my domain's folder

Summary

I’m trying to install Omnibus but when I navigate to my domain’s folder on the server and run the install script, Mattermost is in the root folder.

Steps to reproduce

I’m running Ubuntu 20.04 with Plesk Obsidian 18.0.31. My domain is set up as a folder in var/www/vhosts/. When running the Omnibus installer, it doesn’t install to my domain’s folder. It installs at the root level in the opt folder.

Expected behavior

Should be at my domain when I access it in the browser.

Observed behavior

It’s configured to my domain but when going to my domain in the browser, there’s nothing there.

Is there a specific URL I need to use to access Mattermost on my server?

Hello @jerauf, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with omnibus. Can I ask if you are trying to install Mattermost to run on a subdomain or a subfolder of an existing domain and if you are using Nginx or Apache? I believe that we can fix this if I can understand your setup a bit more clearly! :slight_smile:
