Playbooks bot comments updates in channel

Summary
Playbooks Bot comments every update in a specific run which results in the same information beeing shared two times in a row in the channel that is connected to that specific run.

Steps to reproduce
Mattermost Version: 10.0.2
Post an update. The playbook /run is connected to a channel.

Expected behavior
Playbooks bot should only post the update in the channel once. No need to comment further.

Observed behavior
See Screenshot as an example. We don´t understand why this comment is triggered and how it can be turned off.

By the way - the same issue occurs when the Run is finished

10.0.2 is pretty old and out of support. I’d recommend updating to 10.5.2 v10 changelog - Mattermost documentation indicates there was at least one known issue with Playbooks and an update.
