how is it possible to activate a policy for a new account to change the initial password?

I believe we don’t have this feature yet, would you like to contribute this in the feature idea forum so it can be discussed, upvoted and considered for a help wanted ticket?

Some alternative options could be having a banner on a default channel to notify users about changing their initial password.
