Reflection on User Experience

I think the technical team needs to revise the Check Validate Login section.

I think when a user enters an incorrect password or account, the system needs to notify the user that: A few more incorrect login attempts will result in the account being locked.

Because the system does not notify, it can easily cause users to be subjective and enter incorrectly many times. And only after being locked does the user use the “Forgot password” section.

But now I click “Forgot password” and send email, the system says “Failed to send password reset email successfully”. And from there, the user has to create a new account because there is no other way to unlock the account again.

I think the programming team needs to fix this part. Thank !
