I need to implement either a link to the impressum or the impressum itself in form of a text on the first page of mattermost, the entry or login page.
How could I manage this?

I agree with the suggestion to include an ‘Impressum’ link on the Mattermost login page. For our self-hosted instance, we utilized the custom branding feature to add our legal notice. By navigating to System Console > Site Configuration > Customization, we enabled custom branding and inserted the ‘Impressum’ link within the custom brand text. This approach ensures compliance with legal requirements and is straightforward to implement.
