Steps to reproduce
Mattermost Version: 9.4.1
Database Schema Version: 117
Build Number: 7424719315
Database: postgres
Expected behavior
i set SMTP but test response is as below:
Connection unsuccessful: Connection unsuccessful: unable to connect to the SMTP server: invalid response code: +OK Welcome to MailEnable POP3 Server
i use outlook app with same setting and everything work well.
Observed behavior
i can see telnet on VM of Mattermost and connect to mail server
