[Solved] After upgrade to v10.5.1, users unable to login

Hi,
We are running the self hosted version of Mattermost.
Since we upgrade from v9.11.6 to v10.5.1 we are suffering from the following issues :

  1. Users are unable to login to our Mattermost instance, error message from the API is 401 api.user.login.invalid_credentials_email_username while credentials are valid
  2. When trying to edit a user email or reset it’s password from the admin panel we got a 500 app.user.update.finding.app_error error message with no further informations.
  3. Some users are in a weird state, making them impossible to DM
  4. Editing a message, creating a new channel is not possible

Any clue ?

Issue solved.
The problem was that our database hard drive was almost full…
