After upgrade to 5.35.1 unable to login

Hello,
i upgraded my installation on Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS from Mattermost 5.34 to 5.35.1 Enterprise Edition on-premise.
The issue is that I’m unable to login with the users previously registered using email address. We use local authentication. Also password recovery is not working and the smtp configuration is correct, is the same that was working on the previous release.
