[Solved] Roles activation

Dear all!
I´ve set up a self hosted Mattermost Team edition in Container.

When I try to configure roles for my team, then I can only see Systemadministrator and Member.
I am missing allthe other roles:
Team admin, Channel admin, Playbook admin etc,

Where do I configure the activation of theese roles?

Got it! Thank You @John Oliver. I was looking in the wrong place:
Instead of dispatching the roles in the Team, I tried to add roles in the systemconsole. My fault.
