So I just bulk import my slack data into Mattermost it work pretty well, But I Have a question is Mattermost had a slack sync feature or anything similar because I don’t want to import my slack data and upload it to Mattermost every month to keep update my data from slack.

There is no sync feature for that unfortunately, so you would have to run partial imports until you’re ready to cut over (if that’s what you want to do).
