There is a “Channel Notes” function at the top of this team - Mattermost. How do I get that? Is it custom made?

I want something similar, although it doesn’t have to be collaborative. Just a widget in the sidebar where you can create content (links for example), that can be pinned there.

Yes, it’s a plugin - GitHub - crspeller/mattermost-plugin-channel-notes: A Mattermost plugin that extends channel functionality with notes.. You can download the release build from here.
