Hi there.
As the error suggests from the screen shot you shared, the ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED could mean that either:
- you attempted to connect to the wrong IP address or to the wrong port
- the server is listening on the wrong port or is not actually running
May I know how did you set up your Mattermost in the first place and can you share the documentation you referred to?
