Hi everyone, I have unread messages in chat but I’ve clicked on all messages in threads and everything is read. I did search the forum and see solutions to this same problem but I it doesn’t seem to be working for me. My version of the app is 5.31 which the app says is the latest. This happens in the app and on the web login. If anyone has a solution please show me step by step so i can fix it, thanks in advance.
