hi everyone i posted a question about a notification showing that i have unread messages when everything is working fine. It happens on the web and windows app. I have the latest software. I’ve posted the question HERE but noone’s answered so i’m not sure anyone’s seen it. There have been a few views. Any help would be appreciated.

The issue you described sounds very similar to one of the tickets that I linked. [MM-45802] - Mattermost has been fixed and the fix is scheduled for the next server release v8.0.
