Analytics plugin error

Hi all,

we are on MM 5.19 and I am trying to get the Analytics matter plugin to work:

But all I get is a “an error ocurred!”
The line in the logfile says “Can’t retreive channel name”, but what channel does he mean?

I don´t get it - and the documentation is … somewhat non-existent.

Has anyone of you got this up and running?
