Hi !
I installed the last version of Mattermost on my Debian Jessie server thanks to this tutorial

I can’t find the .git folder in my Mattermost’s folder, just a bin/platform file for launching the application.
How can I synchronize the production install with a remote repository ?
I want to do some modifications on my forked repository.

Hi devow,
The production steps aren’t actually intended to be used for development work. We have separate setup instructions for development machines available here. We don’t support Debian for development at this time, but if you use apt-get, the Ubuntu instructions might work for you.
If you get it working or run into any issues, feel free to post back here. We could always use the help in making our setup instructions compatible with Debian.
