Email Notification Reply Service

Hi all,

Whenever someone sends a message and the recipient is offline, the recipient gets an notification email.

I have some users complaining that they replyed the message but the reply didnt appear in the chat.

After some investigation, I’ve found out they were replying the notification email instead of typing in MM chat.

Yes I know, some users do strange things but this one kind of make sense.

Would it be possible to create a service that checks mattermost email box and add reply emails as messages to the related channel?

This is a quite cool feature if you ask me.
