  1. Which operating system (Windows / Mac / Linux) are you using?
  2. Which browsers are you reproducing the error?
  3. Which Mattermost server do you have? (you can find this from the three-dotted menu > About Mattermost)

One more question - can you copy and paste your theme colours? I suspect it might be related.
