On the mobile Mattermost application, I don’t see how I can add another server.
It would be nice to have this feature since I have 2-3 different organisation using Mattermost …

We don’t support this yet, but we recently opened a pull request to add support for multiple servers in the mobile app: Gekidou servers by enahum · Pull Request #5960 · mattermost/mattermost-mobile · GitHub. This is queued to be released in a future release.
