Hi, I have a board where hundreds of cards are classified to Green, Yellow or Red through a multiselect property. I want to rename the options Small, Medium and Large. Is there a way of doing that, or do I need to manually remove the old names and add the new ones to all the cards?

You can rename the multiselect options without manually updating each card. Just go to the board settings, edit the multiselect property, and update the option names from Green, Yellow, and Red to Small, Medium, and Large. The changes should apply automatically to all existing cards with those options. Let me know if you need further assistance!
