I read in the forum that was posted back in Apr 2016 about connecting Outlook to the Mattermost Channel. My organization is wanting to implement this as soon as possible. I need assistance. Do any here have the formula, the commands, “the tools” to provide for me in order to establish the link?

The project (https://github.com/makmu/outlook-matters) is community-managed, so unfortunately you would need to get in touch with the community member for any updates on it. It looks like the project has been updated last time 10 months ago so I’m not 100% sure if it’s still active.
We do have a Jira ticket open to add support for Outlook plugin, but we haven’t yet had a chance to implement it: https://mattermost.atlassian.net/browse/MM-10152.
