Ignore mentions breaks on Threaded Discussions

Expected:

• When a channel has “Ignore mentions for at-channel, at-here, at-all” enabled then threads with at-all DO NOT appear in Threaded Discussions.

Observed:

• Posts in channel with “Ignore mentions for at-channel, at-here, at-all” enabled are automatically followed and appears in Threaded Discussions
