Expected:
- Profile > Settings > “Report a Problem” link in mobile should have a clear path to report a problem with the mobile app, such as a crash or other issue. This with Mattermost Enterprise SKU with paid support.
Observed:
- Clicking on “Report a Problem” opens an email template with some attachments, but doesn’t indicate where I should send the email.
“Report a Problem” creates a payload to send to support, but gives no indication of how to send it, see image of email received after sending the payload to myself:
