Invalid license file

Hi i requested the trial , i upload the file into edition and license but i get invalid license file .
My license file looks like this name-101201.mattermost-license

I am running ubuntu 20.0.4.

Any help is appreciated.

There may be something wrong with the license file. Would you be open to requesting a new trial license? Or would you be open to sending me a direct message here with details of your company and email and I can ask for a new license to be sent to you?
