When I click Boards tap, only blank page show up
I get this error on Marketplace
cannot activate plugin: error initializing the DB: driver: postgres, message: failed
How can I solve this and see the full error log?

you should be able to see the full error message in your Mattermost server’s logfile, which is usually stored in /opt/mattermost/logs/mattermost.log.
Did you already try to uninstall the plugin and reinstall it from the market store? this helps in certain situations and does not delete the boards data, so it’s harmless if you want to try it.
