Mattermost Desktop App Showing Black Screen After Login Need Help!

Hi everyone,

Iam facing an issue with the Mattermost desktop app where, after launching it, the screen remains completely black screen. I can hear notification sounds and see the app in the taskbar, but the interface doesn’t load. I have already tried restarting the app, clearing the cache, and reinstalling it, but nothing seems to work.

This started happening after a recent update, so Iam wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue. Any suggestions on how to fix it? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance!

What client version on which OS do you use? If Windows: exe or msi installer?
What does the logfile say?
