Mattermost Desktop App Shows Black Screen – Any Fix?

Hi Everyone,

I recently installed or updated the Mattermost Desktop App on my Windows/Mac/Linux system, and now the app only shows a black screen when I open it. I cannot see the interface, but notifications still seem to work.
I have tried:
Restarting the app and my system.
Clearing cache and reinstalling Mattermost.
Checking for GPU driver issues.

Has anyone else faced this problem? Are there any specific settings or fixes I should try? Thanks in advance!

Are you on 5.11? There are some known issues with it… I’d suggest using 5.10.2 until there’s an update to 5.11
