hi all,

MM channels come configured send email/mobile notifications to global (mention).

This makes sense. There is a global setting and the channels can also have individual configuration.

The issue is, apparently it’s not possible to change the global setting.

This means all admins are forced to modify the all channels to something else if they don’t want to use “mention”.

Can we have a way to change the send email/mobile notification global setting in the console admin?

Appologies if this already exists. If so please point it out.

That’s a good question - unfortunately I don’t think there is a way to choose the global setting currently. This would be a great feature request though!
