Unfortunately, I have entered my password incorrectly too often and would now have to reset or change my password. Unfortunately, I cannot send the mail although I know 100% that this is the correct mail address.

Are you the admin of this system or just a user? If you‘re the admin, please check the SMTP settlngs in your Mattermost server‘s system console, most likely your system is not able to send mails at all. Please also check your mattermost.log
file since it may contain additional relevant information.
If you‘re the user: please get in touch with your admin and if this is a mattermost cloud offering, please contact the official support.
