[image] I am trying to download PDF documents, but keep running into the same error: the pdf will download but only show the file name and file size. If I try to export it shows the file as damaged. I have tried reinstalling the app. No one else in my organization is having this issue. Any suggest…

Tapping the message to bring it up on its own page and then tapping the file seemed to reset the system.
