Push notification don't works

Summary

not receive push notification (Android & iOS) device.

Steps to reproduce

Running Version: 4.0.0 (4.0.1) on https with Let’s Encrypt
without Enterprise License.

Enable Push Notifications: Use iOS and Android apps on iTunes and Google Play with TPNS
Push Notification Server: http://push-test.mattermost.com
Push Notification Contents: Send full message snippet

Expected behavior

I not receive push notification on my device. In App Mattermost Chanel the msg will receive.
set logfile to debug

Observed behavior
