Using the latest team version of mattermost, it doesn’t seem like there is ability to restrict channel creation or private group creation. And/or Admins can’t see if a private group is created by a team member Is this correct?

Restrict users for creation of Channels or Private groups

Seems like this is now Enterprise only:

Seems crazy as this will leave existing users with deprecated functionality
