RestrictTeamInvite setting not working

seems like the RestrictTeamInvite is the option we want, but we have set this to “system_admin” and it still has the 3 options for users with member role:
Send Email Invite
Get Team Invite Link
Add members to team
We want to remove these options unless you are a system admin or team admin.

Any idea what might be happening?

The ability to restrict team invites is available in Enterprise Edition E10 and above as per this documentation.
