[SOLVED] Count tag on IOS icon unreliable

Hi,

merging my biggest complaints from my users after 6 weeks of MM use, here‘s another one:

The badge signalling the number of unread messages at the icon in the IOS app is ofter unreliable. It often shows unread message if there aren‘t … even if the messages are read on that device.

You need to walk through any chat on the device to clear this. If the badge count is from that one and only chat you‘ve used in the last hour, you need to change away from this to any other chat and go back to clear the wrong message count.
