Some iPhone users don’t receive email notifications.
Server: Mattermost Professional v9.4.2
Clients: iPhone App v2.12.2
The server is configured to send email notifications and this is working fine for 99% of 1000+ users.
The failing users apps are configured with email notification enabled and set to 15min.
They do receive push notifications but no email notification at all.
It seems a temporary fix is to switch from ‘15 min’ to ‘immediately’ in the settings.
Strangely the users lack any session entries in the SQL database session table although they do log in and use the app.
Session expiry on the server is set to 7 days with activity prolonging enabled.
Any tips to properly solve this problem?
