currently we’re using mattermost 5.37 version when we’re upgrading the mattermost version to mattermost 7.0 version the stand up raven plugin is not working.

I just downloaded the release from this link and uploaded it to a fresh mattermost 7.1.2 instance using System Console. Can you explain what exactly is not working for you? The plugin does not automatically update when you update the mattermost server, so please make sure that you use the latest version of the plugin before upgrading the mattermost server.

Can you share your plugin settings with us, please?
Mine look like this. The only relevant config option seems to be the permission schema activation, which might have an influence on who is able to configure the plugin in a channel:
I also just rebooted my instance and managed to kill the plugin as it seems, it complained that I need to use the “open modal” for configuration, although none was open. Ctrl-shift-r fixed this by reloading the mattermost web client invalidating the caches, then I could see the raven icon in the app bar again and coud click on it to modify the preconfigured standup.

Try to disable the “Enable Permission Schema” option, please - what Mattermost edition are you using? As mentioned in the helptext, this feature will only work on Enterprise Editions.

Your logmessages are truncated, I need to see the full logs in order to know what’s wrong here.
Can you please disable the plugin, wait a few seconds and re-enable it then after you’ve made the permission scheme changes?
If that still doesn’t help with the plugin working then, please copy the log output of the window you screenshotted earlier (at least the last 50 lines or the like) and paste them here?
The loglines are truncated, can you please send them in cleartext (the full lines)?
Please use the command tail -50 mattermost.log and post the screenshot of the output here then if you cannot copy/paste the text.

Thanks, this might be an indication for broken filesystem permissions.
Did you install the plugin manually on the filesystem or did you upload it using the system console?
Please try to change the ownership of your plugin directories to the user mattermost is running as, not sure what deployment model (binary, docker, etc.) you’re using, so it’s hard to tell for me.
The binary installation has /opt/mattermost by default, for docker deployments, it should be volumes/app/mattermost/ in the docker base directory.
cd into this directory and run the following command then:
# Binary deployment
cd /opt/mattermost
chown -R mattermost: plugins
# Docker deployment
cd /path/to/your/docker/volumes/app/mattermost
chown -R 2000:2000 plugins
Still we’re unable to access the standup raven configuration dialogue.
