Tried to login to the app two days ago and it just gave me an error. Uninstalled the app and downloaded again with the same issue. I can login using a computer browser and phone browser, but not the app.
Is there anything i can do on my end to fix the issue before contacting help desk at work next week?

Android is picky about PKI. There is probably guidance about how to install the DoD root and intermediate CA certificates somewhere. I’ll see if I can turn anything up. If you want to send me an email to john.oliver@mattermost.com I can send anything that might not be appropriate for a public form (which I doubt, I don’t have a CAC and so can’t access anything that sensitive anyway). But try them now… there might be someone watching.
