Threaded Discussions unread counter doesn't change after reading threads

Expected:

• When Threaded Discussions is turned On, there is a “Threads” tab in left hand sidebar that shows unread threads

Observed:

• “Threads” tab in left hand sidebar has a count of unread messages that doesn’t change after reading threads
