can you reproduce this error message or does it happen randomly? Maybe there’s something in the mobile logs - please write down the time when this happened and after restarting the app, click on your profile picture at the bottom right → Settings - >Report a problem. This will allow you to send the logs of the app to your e-mail address so you can check them for relevant entries around the time you noted earlier.
