Dear colleagues. Today i faced with this error on my Android mobile phone also same problem on my colleagues phone. What i can check ? Your suggestions ?

can you reproduce this error message or does it happen randomly? Maybe there’s something in the mobile logs - please write down the time when this happened and after restarting the app, click on your profile picture at the bottom right → Settings - >Report a problem. This will allow you to send the logs of the app to your e-mail address so you can check them for relevant entries around the time you noted earlier.

Hi. We problem in firewall side. Some changes made by security administrator. Than you for response.
